The most kind and cheerfull guys are working here, working their butts off and fast as humanly possible :) The check-out line goes through the shop and is sometimes very very long (almost the whole shop) but don't you worry, you'll be next to pay in minutes. Also: do come here when your budget is low, the prices are really moderate. I would pass Mabrouk multiple times, completely oblivious of what a a gem it is. I decided to wonder on in here out of curiousity, and loved everybit of it. My eyes lit up over so many of their products. The only downer about this market, it can get real tight in here. It is exclusive, only for gluten-free breads,pastries, and pizza dough. Open it and grab 2 apple pies because you will wish you would have bought 2 instead of 1 and also buy 1 gluten free pizza dough, it's better than the one at Alberjein that taste awful. Also once you get home with it, then put it in your oven or microwave to defrost. It taste amazing, it will melt in your mouth. They have a bunch of Eastern European stuff and it is way different than your normal Dutch grocery store in the way of products that they have. I really enjoyed walking through the ailes and checking out off the different things they had. Only drawback... almost nothing was labeled in Dutch or English, I guess Dutch people are not who they are trying to attract here, but would still be nice to have a description in Dutch for things. (I would probably end up buying more that way too!) I ended up with a random bag of stuff and so far everything that I have tried has been decent. I will definitely go back because I like having variety. If you like perogi (potato dumpling from Poland) check this place out...there are a lot on hand in the frozen food section. I picked a bag that had pictures of ingredient on it that I thought looked good. :-)

While walking in this place, I could have sworn I was just in a shop in Poland! Have to say that they have quite some fresh products (meat/sausages/bread) and also some vegetables. Best part is that they sell the small cucumbers needed to create the Polish Ogorki. We just bought almost a kilo of them and tomorrow they will be prepared :) If you want to find some different things, other than the standard things you can find in any regular supermarket in the Netherlands (including some very nice sausages!) definetly do enter here once and buy some things that look good :)

If your one of those people with many allergies, or just want to eat healthy while your on vacation, then I would suggest doing your grocery shopping at Natuur Winkel. There are "health food" stores all over called "Natuur Winkle" and most of the regular super markets such as Albert Heijn, also sell plenty of Gluten-free items.
