Mark is a kind and knowledgeable attorney. He and his staff were very helpful to us in preparing numerous legal papers .

You don't get to talk to him and see if you like him. Shut up and pay. First of all, I need to know if my attorney sounds like a sexist or arrogant prick. I need to hear him to see if he's intelligent or not. I need to hear his opinions before I dish out thousands! Jesus. Nasty people.

This law group is deplorable! We have been working with them for months on an adoption. We were…read morefollowing along with our initial attorneys direction and two days before our first hearing, we received a call from an attorney name Cynthia who informed us that the attorney previously assigned no longer works at their firm, doesn't know what they are doing, she is taking over and needs to file more paperwork (pushing the hearing out another 40 days.) During this process we have paid for multiple documents to be notarized, spending time receiving, filling out, and uploading paperwork per their request. We show up to court only for the lawyer to come up to us and say we need to file a continuance because the process server didn't provide the right paperwork (mind you, the firm provides the paperwork to the process server) and our new court date is now two months out! During this conversation we asked the attorney Cynthia several questions to which she replied, "I will need to research that." Not comforting in an already frustrating situation. We call the firm after leaving the courthouse and expressed our frustration and were then assigned a new attorney. We spoke to Daniel and seemed like we were on the same page. We did discuss the recent invoice we received for attorney drive time/fuel to courthouse when she was visiting other clients, Daniel told us he would investigate and get back to us. He also recommended we reach out to MetLife to discuss our benefits in the meantime. My husband called MetLife and they said they would file a ticket to review the billing and get back to us. Today we received an email saying they were dropping our case for "not paying." We called their office and the attorney we spoke to said since we had the nerve to call MetLife and complain about them they are dropping our case. I asked to explain the direction we were given by their attorney and MetLife and I was told there was no discussion needed, we will be dropped. This is for an adoption, a very sensitive matter. This law group is absolutely unprofessional....we are paying a significant amount of money but because we complained due to the horrendous process and lack of knowledge from our second assigned lawyer, they drop the case?! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! These people are disgusting and I will literally make sure to let anyone and everyone I come across know this!!! SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!!!
