Agree with the review below, bought and paid for an expensive carpet from them many years ago, Once they had our cash and the carpet had been fitted they didn't want to know even though the carpet was sold with a 10 year guarantee During fitting they damaged the carpet and never mentioned it, I assume they thought/hoped we would never notice it because it was under a sofa When we did notice they refused to accept they had caused the damage even though it was very obvious To be fair it was the father that was in charge of the shop at the time and him that we had the issue with, maybe its different now with his sons in charge but I would personally never use GCW or any of their companies again read more

nice,polite ,friendly staff went with a modest budget was not frowned upon and told there was nothing in my price range like some places in town,we was shown what we could afford and staff where helpful and arranged fitting with free underlay,you could tell it was staff who wanted to be there and help not just there for the paypacket will definatly be using again read more
