You have to know there may be something there worth trying. Sing's was very much worth trying. The food was piping hot and fresh. Really excellent. I had to try the "Ding Dong Beef" for no other reason than it's name. I'm glad I did. We wanted to try a good sampling so ordered the dinner for three. There were of course only two of us dining and we took home enough food for a family of four. When we ordered the house wine and asked "what is it?" the server simply smiled and said "...not sure, it is in a box". There was no hint of cardboard in the Chateau - it was not a bad wine at all. I enjoyed the house red while my colleague tried out the blanc. The restaurant decor is a spin back to the 70's but it was frankly the only part of this experience that is frozen in time. Having shared that point I think it imperative to state that I wouldn't recommend changing anything - I love it. If you live in Manning or are simply passing through you should put Sing's on your agenda for a great meal.
