They have treated me like family and taken such good care of my ailment. I am kind of sad that I will be pain free soon, so I won't see them anymore. They use some pretty fancy machines, one of which lets you monitor how long your muscles are actually being worked. Neat! (I'm not a fan of the electrical muscle stimulation, but that's my own deal, it does work, it just hurts.) The encouragement given by the PTs is gentle, but firm, which I had never experienced before. I am reminded at every appointment that things are getting better. If you have a choice of therapist, I definitely recommend Xtreme.

I…read morehave had the BEST rehab experience here, beginning 6 months ago, when I had my first knee replacement surgery. And now I'm back again, to begin another rehab stint after replacement of my second knee. Everyone with whom I have come in contact, from (Amanda) the front desk; to my primary therapist (Dee) and several others; as well as the terrific techs (Clare, Tyrique, Jarod, AJ, Raven, Elise and Kayla.) Everyone is so personable and positive and uplifting. They are kind and attentive with me and everyone else on the therapy floor. The staff members know your name and that's so appreciated. I'm delighted by the care and attention I've received here this year. To say 'it feels like family' is such a cliche, but it does and I mean that in the best possible way! The positive environment has patients talking & cheering for each other as we work our ways back to our best selves here. I had previously been to a different PT place in Belle Chase last year and had a very negative experience, which makes me all that much more appreciative of the help and service here.

Overall this Physical Therapy Clinic is great, everyone that works there is super friendly, they work with my schedule, and i feel comfortable going, i have not dread going to this place they are awesome, i am about 2 weeks out of 6 so far and i am doing great. The waiting area is very comfortable with strong durable leather seats. The parking lot is easy parking and getting in and out. While you are working on your therapy you don't just get one therapist multiple people will help you. This is my first time with Bridges and i hope i never need there service again, but if i do i know i will be ok with them.

This office is different from all other typical PT offices - at City Park, your therapist actually spends quality time with you on every single visit. In other physical therapy offices, you will see your PT on the first visit, they will give you a set of exercises that rarely change, and then you will rarely see your therapist other than a passing word. NOT HERE! I will return here the next time I need therapy. On every visit, I received manual therapy and dry needling from my PT, and extra time was added for traction (which scared me to death since I had never tried it before, and now I love it!). They are professionals that work hard to get you better.

Trey, as the…read morePT, has an incredible gift of explaining the mechanics of the exercises, goals and purposes. I leave with a sense of accomplishment and purpose. He and Claire are so patient and yet, they never baby me. They are supportive and encouraging and yet respectful & thoughtful. The scheduling is fabulous for me because it's so close to my home and I'm able to book my visits at the end of the day! The parking is free and safe and there is plenty of hand sanitizer everywhere. I can't say enough good stuff about the quality of their work! Last but not least, they are always super-professional!
