During my first appointment, we spoke about what the course of treatment would look like in line with my doctor's recommendation. Before beginning therapy I knew what the ideal expected outcome would be and prepared for the work ahead. If you've had physical therapy, you know that the patient must also put in an effort to make the treatment effective. Mrs. Adams ensures that you know your at home exercises and works with you in the office to get you back to top physical condition. Her motivation helped me to push through the hard moments. Physical therapy isn't easy, but she made it lest frustrating. While I'm not an athlete, when I finished treatment I felt like I could be.

I've been to a few others around and none have the professional skills and competencies of Maria (the owner) and her staff so I request of my doctor, to send me to PTS. They are knowledgeable, welcoming and overall caring. They still massages (unlike any other PT facility) and there are so many different exercises you can learn for your specific injury. Trust me, you'll notice your body responding to it as well. I didn't want to take pictures now because patients are in here but their motto, "healing in motion," is extremely true. You've got to put in the work because your body is designed to heal itself. Yeah, so you'll also learn a lot from them about the body, especially from Mr. David. It's obvious, they all really love what they do and it shows. I'd wholeheartedly recommend PTS to anyone!
