He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I enjoyed working with him. The day of my appointment, David called to let me know he was on his way. David got to my home on time, and was ready to go. I was slightly delayed (trying to vacuum my Living room carpet). He was very helpful, turned on his vacuum cleaner and helped me to finish what was not his job. David was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and went through the steps in detail for me. He was efficient, and we engaged in a great conversation! Jimmy helped with putting all the ingredients to the cake and mixing them. David sealed the deal by baking the cake, icing the cake, and putting the Cherry on top of the cake!! BOTTOM LINE IS THEY NOW HAVE A LIFETIME CUSTOMER!! They worked magic on a carpet that I had neglected and mistreated with animals, a social life, and an unpredictable and embarrassing cleaning schedule. Would absolutely use their services in the future. Thank you.

We used this company ~3 years ago and they did a very good job. However, we recommended them to our…read morelatest tenants and they simply didn't show up today. Didn't respond to messages, texts, or calls and their voicemail was full. Which, of course, means that we now have to scramble to find a service at the last minute -- right before a holiday weekend -- before a new family was scheduled to move in. The snowball effect on everyone is quite impactful and costly. We just wish they could have had the courtesy to answer the phone or say they weren't coming, so we would've had an opportunity to find a replacement. But now, three sets of people are inconvenienced without as much as a text or "Sorry."

After moving into our home, I noticed wear and tear on the tile floors, specifically the dirty grout. Being new to the area, I did my research on possibly cleaning it myself but decided to look through Yelp for a possible vendor before beginning. I am so glad I found Chris before I took on this huge job. Once I called, he was available to come to my home and provide an estimate the next day. His prices are reasonable, affordable, and his schedule flexible. I was extremely pleased once the job was completed and would definitely refer him to anyone looking for tile cleaning.
