The young ladies working there talked me into grabbing dessert, and they weren't overselling it because it was just as good as promised. He said yes, so that is what I did. When I got home there were items missing and the most expensive Item was their Bigfoot fries that are supposed to have a bunch of topping on them. They only gave me plain fries. When I called them they said they would not fix it, because it was an online order. They weren't even willing to give me the missing items I paid for. Their excuse is that I ordered it online, which they told me to do , so they can't fix an incorrectly prepared order if it was ordered online even though they are the ones who made it incorrectly. The plain fries they gave me cost $12.99 per order and I ordered two. They were supposed to have a bunch of toppings on them. They also keep hanging up on me and refuse to give me what I paid for.
