Unfortunately, the food at Papadopoulos did not live up to my expectations. I ordered a plate of Scampis, which arrived on a large round plate. The scampis decorated the plate along with vegetables and spices, but they were still shelled. It took me about half an hour to manage to de-shell the scampis only to discover that the scampis themselves were not particularly tasty. They were somewhat undercooked and tasteless.
My friend ordered soup which she moderately enjoyed, but was nothing to write home about.
The service at Papadopoulos was friendly, but some of the workers who were sitting behind the bar in the adjoining room seemed to be staring at us and snickering behind our backs. We weren't sure why they were doing that (perhaps the Hebrew we were speaking caught them off guard), but it wasn't a particularly positive experience.
Probably won't return.
