They take your cans inside where you cannot watch the employees count them. We are confident that we have been ripped off both times we came here. Would rather make the drive to Carthage where we can observe them be counted out or head to Price Chopper and do it by hand. been at this location twice. both times the wait was very long and got about half of what I should of! I hear other people say they felt shorted as well, but yet heard anyone say they got more! sounds like something shady is going on! I would rather donate my cans! read more

Hands down the worst business in NNY. There's at least a 30 minute wait each time, no matter how many cans you have, plus they always rip you off. Always. Rude employees as well. read more
