It would need energy-efficient machines to help protect the environment. There would be Victoria's Secret models in teeny tiny lingerie as attendants and of course an open bar. Sounds good? I don't need a laundromat very often but it's nice to have one nearby in case of an emergency or if I have really large stuff to wash. It might be missing the models and the open bar but it's a really nice facility! Arriving- It's on US 27 South with a nice big parking lot. It's very close to the DDs if you need a caffeine and/or sugar fix. There is a great Mexican restaurant next door. Lots of fast food within sight if that's what you're craving. Ambience- It's brand spanking new so everything is spotless. There are numerous washers and dryers in many different sizes. A normal load takes 35 minutes and can be dried in 20 minutes. That's fast! Customer Service- A very nice attendant showed me around and answered all my questions. Cost- Right now they are cash only. Of course, there are machines to give you change. Coming soon are charge cards and even pay by phone. A wash and dry in regular sized machines will cost you $5-$6. The bigger machines will cost you more as they should. Conclusion- This is now the best, most versatile laundromat in the area, and it has AC! It may not have lingerie models as attendants and an open bar but it's still a great place to get your laundry done!

Do these three things for me and I'm a happy camper. This family run operation does just that. Most of the time it's one day turnaround which I find exceptional. There are no bells and whistles here but I'm not looking for any. They nail my three requirements and that's all I ask.

A parking lot that should have been repaved twenty years ago. Two beat up buildings that need a lot of tender loving care. Or maybe they just need a bulldozer. Quirky Idea- So you can throw your dirty underwear in the washer and while it's spinning you can go wash your car. Maybe the owner thought this was going to be the next big thing. From what I can see, it's an embarrassing failure. Car Wash- Pump in a bunch of quarters and away you go. The stall was dirty and beat up. The water pressure was average. Ditto for the quality of the soap. I can say I removed the pollen from my car but that's about it. Meh! Laundry- I didn't bring any clothes with me thank God! I walked in the door of the laundry building, took one look, and walked right back out! Generally dirty and plenty of machines that had seen better days! The most depressing group of customers I have ever seen! I have never taken depression meds in my life but if I sat with these folks I'd need a double dose! There are plenty of car washes and laundromats within minutes of here. I say go anywhere but here.
