Major errors 2 years in a row. I had to point it out to them for '22. Since that WAS an issue, I…read moreasked them to ck the '21 paperwork. It was fine. I go to my mailbox this past week and there's a check (not a small one). Since there are so many scams and I had NOT rcvd any communication, I spent hours making phone calls, and going on line. I actually called the location that did the taxes and spoke with the woman that did this past years. She told me to go on the IRS website (I thought that was odd, I figured they'd have SOME clue. By 4, I knew the ck was legit. A couple things: I made 4 trips to the office due to errors they made. I was not going back. I asked that they mail my paperwork to me. They did not mail it through the post office and it ended up at the wrong address. I called this morning to find a report. I what my fees refunded from the past 2 years. I rcvd a call 5 minutes prior to an appt. The woman responding to the report wouldn't give me her name. Was I upset- you bet! I was outside in the ghastly heat repeatedly asking for her name while the lawns were being mowed. I'd had a migraine since 5 a.m.; it was 10:50 when she called my appt was at 11. I didn't have time to listen to her excuses. She reprimand me for taking over her (Customer DISservice at its finest). She calmed the brand and Angel reported NOT REMEMBERING the phone call (how convenient). She said I was going to get a letter (the damage was done- WHY would they send a letter after the mail went out. The envelope did NOT have my unit number on it- that was THE ONLY CLUE I had that it was legit. The postman had written on the envelope: "to prevent redelivery, be sure to include unit number.) I was pretty sure they wouldn't have done that if this was an ongoing scam. Had I rcvd the money on time, I would've been able to afford a home I was looking at in '22- that's how big a difference this made. There was no apology and in fact, when I repeatedly yelled at her (yes, I was really cranked by this time, my asthma was kicking in, and oh, remember that MIGRAINE I mentioned) to give me her name and number so I could call back...SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! So, since I have 40 yrs of SpEd teaching experience, a couple college degrees and 5 years of Customer Service, when you call someone, you ask, "IS THIS A GOOD TIME?". This was handled so very poorly, I am quite frankly shocked. I'll be calling back, but not today...$65 for acupuncture and the migraine is still there. Thanks for nothing Liberty.
