He's never dismissive or cold like another doctor at this practice I initially saw. I always feel reassured after my checkups with him. The nurses and front desk staff are pretty nice too, even though they make you fill out an intake sheet every visit even if none of your contact or insurance info has changed. This location is very busy so call a few weeks in advance of when you want an appointment.

My issue is that calling the office is very difficult. There is an individual who I've had the unpleasant experience of speaking with each time I call. He's unkind without cause. I give the benefit of the doubt to anyone for one or two bad experiences but each time I call, I have to get past a very mean office representative just to get an appointment with my doctor. I find him to be extremely unprofessional and it's an awful representation of the practice as a whole. I wish Padder Health all the best but I'm beginning a search for a new practitioner that offers better service than this. Dr. Chang and Dr. Vellanki are both wonderful physicians. Thanks to both of them for their contributions to my care during my time as a patient. And thanks to the amazing staffers in the office who do a phenomenal job taking care of patients. I wish I had a name of the customer service rep who ruins the impression of this office for anyone who should dare call, but I wish him the very best as well, including growth as a care provider with a higher sense of maturity.
