They fit me in with zero notice and the vehicle was comple in 90 minutes. When I dropped the car off I clearly stated "Do whatever you have to do--go ahead and replace the tire if needed and just call me when it's ready." What could have easily been an easy $250 new tire (and I was OK with that possibility) was a $30 repair even though the tire was near the end of its service life. I appreciate that kind of honesty and will be sure to let my Lock Haven friends know. I hope I don't need to visit the shop again soon, but I know I'll have a good experience if I return.

These guys are the tire whisperers! We drive a lot and have always had problems with tires. Not anymore. Our vehicles drive great and we rarely have to check the pressure. That alone keeps us coming back. Now you have to realize this is because they are perfectionist. They stand behind their work and only put their name on things they KNOW are right. We took a work truck there a few years back for the tire swap and decided to have an inspection done at the time. They told us they would do the tires but wouldn't pass the inspection. We got the tires done, took it to a local garage, and passed inspection. Take it with a grain of salt, know what you have, and adjust accordingly. Yes, I highly recommend.

I was at the mercy of Dave's to get me back on the road. Since it was a big job, I had to leave my car there for a week. The repairs were not cheap, but they were well within the typical costs of the repair. I needed a new timing belt, my heads had to be machined, most of my valves had to be replaced, and new head gaskets needed to be installed. They used quality parts and their work is nationally guaranteed. If for some reason my car breaks down due to a faulty repair, I'm covered nationally through partner auto shops. This put me at ease. I already put around 5,000 miles on my vehicle since the repair, and the I have not had one issue. The folks there were fair and honest which was a huge relief since I'm from out of town. Other shops could have taken advantage of my predicament, not Dave's. The towing service highly recommended them and I highly recommend them.
