We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.
