A1 Taxi Cab really came through for us!…read more We needed a ride at the last minute in the Nettleton, MS area, heading to Etta, MS, and Rodney and Skipp went above and beyond to help us out. They were responsive, friendly, and dependable, and the fare was very reasonable--especially considering it was a last-minute ride. We also really appreciate that they're available after hours, which can be a huge help when you're stuck without transportation outside of normal business hours. Thank you, Rodney and Skipp, for taking care of us and getting us where we needed to go safely and affordably. We definitely appreciate the excellent service and would recommend A1 Taxi Cab to anyone in the Tupelo and surrounding areas who needs a reliable ride!

I prefer Lyft over Uber, but honestly there isn't that big of a difference between the two. As a…read morematter of fact, most drivers work for both companies anyway. We used Lyft about twice while in Tupelo. We just so happened to be there during a festival and there was a slight price hike. I think that's a thing between both Uber and LYFT, they both do those price increases during certain times. John was our driver both times and he was super nice. There were only two drivers working during that weekend and there was a mix up at one point, both John and the other driver showed up at the same time. Honestly it was caused by me, so I won't knock LYFT for that. Just know that there's a shortage of drivers in the area. Do with that advice what you wish, especially if you're dropped off at one location and possibly a driver isn't logged in to pick you back up. Hint hint... tell the driver dropping you off that you will need a ride back.

Waited and hour and then called back at 10:30 p.m. Man who answered the phone proceeded to make up a story that I told him not to come and that he was approximately 45 minutes away from my location. My initial call requested a taxi for my address and the response was 15 minute wait time and they'd be there. Why would I call and request a taxi but tell them not to come? Very inconsiderate and rude. If you can't provide the service just tell the customer so they can arrange other transportation instead of wasting time and possibly being left in an uncomfortable and/or dangerous situation. Very, very disappointed and frustrated by this company. I would definitely not recommend.
