He was very helpful in figuring out was wrong with the refrigerator. All this happened with one month. The entire ice maker unit needed to be replaced. Well, the warranty company decided that was too many service calls in too short of a time, so they refused to cover replacing the ice maker and instead told me to get a new refrigerator. Wish that Born 4 Repair had been here the first time I believe he was definitely more thorough in his inspection and analyzing what was wrong. I will definitely contact him next time I have an appliance that requires servicing.
