They have "new" appliances, but are literally falling apart. Most countertops and cabinets are dry rotted, and you will have to get them replaced shortly after moving in. The on-site maintenance crews that this property hires are the lowest of low end. If you value any of your personal belongings, do not leave it out when they're cutting grass or "Upgrading"the property , multiple times I had sticks and debris blown at my car, leaving scratches and dents, as well as having multiple plants destroyed when they painted the balcony above mine. I had to call maintenance to fix the same problems repeatedly and don't get me started on the bugs. Beware of poison ivy growing randomly throughout the property. I had several vines/bushes of it growing next to my patio. Most of the positive reviews that you see here are from them, incentivizing people on tours, and residence to leave positive reviews for rewards/discounts. The leasing office is unresponsive and delivery services (Doordash, Amazon, ect.) have a huge issue getting your stuff to you on this property. There were multiple times that packages were either delivered to the wrong place or stolen off of someone's porch. They will also make moving out a nightmare all they care about is getting paid and will harass you about it. If you value your items and your mental health find another place to live.

The management staff of…read moreMeredith Frye, Maggie Cummings and Karen Little are exceptional ambassadors of this repurposed building. Every detail was not fully completed, but those that were far exceeded our expectations. The apartments with their 23' high ceilings and nearly floor to ceiling windows showcase the floors and original brickwork gave you a feeling of age but with all of the modern conveniences. But my favorite parts of the apartments were the cleanliness of the hallways during the finishing of the construction of the other Apt. units, and the Community get together's, St. Patrick's day, Cinco de Mayo, Football games, and most recently National Doughnut day with duck doughnuts. The staff must just think of interesting things for the residents to do and get them done. Sadly, we are moving out of this wonderful environment and into a new home to us. We will miss the fabulous building and all it's amenities, watching Natty Greene's prepare for the grand opening, the newly opened first class fitness center, the courtyard's grand opening but most especially the people that work and maintain this property. They genuinely care about what they do and what they can do to make your residential life a memorable experience. New management, thrown in the middle of the mess, are working very hard on improving the atmosphere! Every morning I go to school, I see there staff working on keeping the grounds clean. When I go into the office I'm greeted by friendly faces and am welcomed to sit and have a conversation! They've converted the indoor pool into an outdoor pool, prettier than the unkept glass house they had before. During the pandemic, they're still around to answer questions and provide services to ensure all residents are comfortable and taken care of. For the price we're paying monthly, we're getting so much out of it!

I highly advice against living here because it truly was a hassle dealing with everything. Poor management and customer service. We lived there for 1 1/2 years. The first year was okay. Then at the end of the first year a felon…read moremoved in on the top floor with the police showing up many times because he was beating his girlfriend. Management did nothing, even after he assaulted the neighbor below. We made the mistake of moving down a few houses into a 'newly renovated' apartment. Thinking this is a single instance. Things went really badly downhill from there. The apartment had so many issues, starting from not being able to use the fireplace for two months, to the second bathroom tub being unusable for a week because there was a leak below. Neither did we have air conditioning for two months and only emergency heating with temperatures from freezing to ninety, which skyrocketed our energy bill. They didn't take rent of for any of it. Meanwhile, our neighbors below and many others in the complex were heavy drug users (weed and crack). We reached out to management from the first day on, that the fumes are getting into our apartment, but they didn't care. Providing proof (a video) of the wast amount of smoke seeping into the apartment did nothing. The only thing that was done was giving the whole house a non smoking notice and possibly one direct note for not smoking. After that, we were harassed on a nearly daily basis by those neighbors. We and our guests were threatened, called names and yelled at. Management did not care. When we moved out, because of the neighbors, they didn't bother to adjust our rent towards our move out date, expecting us first to pay the full month. We reached out to them and asked that we please get our rent adjusted to the correct amount (moving out date in the middle of the month) all they did was sent us an email with an amount without any bill or proof of what that random amount entailed. Next thing we know they slap a nearly 100 dollar late fee on it because we didn't pay that random amount that was never explained to us. If you move there and move out you will also get all sorts of fees on your last rent, for example a 120 dollar inspection fee, for someone from staff to walk around the apartment and look at it. Again, do NOT move there, they will be petty and you might even be threatened with eviction if you complain about something. It is not safe, especially for children. Management will NOT do anything.
