I was 36, single, and not even sure if I wanted kids, but I wanted the option to have them if Mr Right ever showed up. She was so compassionate, funny, down to earth and kind that I continued to see her for regular exams. Her all-female staff and spa-like exam rooms turn what is usually an uncomfortable doctor visit into a welcoming, supportive environment. At 38, I casually mentioned a dull, numb pain in my right breast. Even though I was two years away from the recommended age of mammograms and had no family history of breast cancer, Dr D sent me to get a mammogram. Two months after my wedding (Mr Right DID show up!), I was diagnosed with HER2+ Stage 2 breast cancer. Dr D not only called me lot tell me herself, but she told me that she'd already called the top breast cancer surgeon at UCLA and gotten me an appointment for the next day - on the surgeon's day off. Additionally, she'd already told the surgeon that she wanted to do an additional egg retrieval/embryo preservation before I started treatment. I got the news that I had cancer on Tuesday and I started my retrieval meds that Friday. Dr D also reached out on my behalf to non-profits that aid breast cancer patients with the high cost of fertility treatments since my insurance wouldn't cover any of it. For years, Dr D walked alongside me, supporting my women's health needs as well as my spirits. She continued to guide our fertility journey and made recommendations for acupuncturists and non-traditional methods. Of course, she used the most recent data from the scientific fertility world as well. When the time came to face the reality that my body just had been through too much and that we could only have a baby via surrogate, she was caring, nurturing and honest. She guided us through the complicated process during the even more complicated time of covid. I'm thrilled to share that, at 45, I am cancer-free, healthy and the mother of a perfect baby boy, made from one of those eggs we froze back in 2014. Dr D made a speech at our baby shower that still gets people emotional when we talk about it. We are now starting our sibling journey with the same surrogate and with Dr D's guidance and friendship. We know that we would not have our family without Dr D. It didn't happen in the way we planned or hoped that it would, but it happened in a way that will give our children one hell of an origin story! I also know that I would not be alive today if she hadn't encouraged me to get the mammogram I thought I didn't need. She truly is the most caring, most thorough doctor I've ever had and I feel so fortunate to have her in my life.

During my most recent 90-minute massage, the therapist introduced a treatment that was never explained to me or discussed beforehand. I wasn't asked for my consent until after it had already been used on one side of my body. I later learned it wasn't even part of the massage service I had booked. I left with significant marks on my legs for days afterward--something I absolutely would have declined had I been given the opportunity to make an informed decision beforehand. To their credit, management acknowledged my concerns and confirmed that this technique is not part of the massage service they offer. However, the resolution offered didn't reflect the seriousness of what happened. When I respectfully explained why I didn't feel it was appropriate and asked them to reconsider, I never received another response. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, what began as an issue with informed consent ended with poor follow-through and communication from management. After years of supporting this business, spending hundreds of dollars on services and gift certificates, I expected much better. I hope they take informed consent more seriously and do a better job standing behind their services when they fall short.

As a person with a rare autoimmune disease, I knew I needed to find a highly skilled, curious, and driven reproductive endocrinologist to help make our family goals a reality. Dr. Quinn was always responsive to questions, and perhaps even more important, she asked the right questions when we were faced with unexpected challenges. She advocated for us when we needed an additional retrieval, and scoured her national network to troubleshoot complex problems. Josephine was incredibly encouraging and supportive, and always accommodating of our tricky schedules. She made sure we understood instructions and medication schedules clearly and cheered us on the entire time. It is exceedingly rare to find a doctor whose remarkable expertise, skill, and dedication to patient outcomes is matched only by their compassion and care for the patient as a person going through a difficult process. I cannot recommend Dr. Quinn and her team highly enough!

I found Dr. Quinn through a recommendation in a Facebook group, and it may be the best recommendation I've ever received. She is, without question, the best doctor I've ever had. My wife and I often joke that we wish she could be our primary care physician because we would trust her with absolutely everything. She is incredibly knowledgeable, but what truly sets her apart is her compassion. She is the most empathetic physician I've ever met. Early in our journey, we learned that my wife had very low ovarian reserve despite being quite young. Suddenly, the path we thought would be simple became much more difficult and uncertain. Over the course of her treatment, we completed four retrievals. We had success with our first retrieval, experienced disappointment with our second and third, and recently completed our fourth. We were overjoyed to learn that we now have three frozen embryos from my wife's retrievals and this part of our journey has finally come to a close. Anyone who has gone through fertility treatment knows it can be an emotional, painful, and often lonely experience. Throughout every setback, every anxious wait, and every difficult conversation, Dr. Quinn, her nurse Josephine, and the entire HRC Fertility team treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They made an incredibly challenging process feel as manageable and painless as possible. I cannot thank Dr. Quinn, Josephine, and the entire HRC team enough. They helped us through one of the most difficult experiences of our lives, and we'll always be grateful for their expertise, support, and compassion.

It was an incredibly emotional and difficult time in my life. My OB highly recommended Incinta, and because I trusted my doctor, my husband and I scheduled a consultation right away. We had already tried other fertility treatments before coming to Incinta, so we arrived with both hope and uncertainty. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The office was beautiful, welcoming, and professional. The staff greeted us warmly and gave us a tour of the facility. One thing that immediately stood out to me was that everything was done in-house. Knowing that my embryos would not need to be transported between different facilities gave me so much peace of mind and confidence moving forward. Fast forward, Incinta worked what truly feels like a miracle for our family. We moved forward with IVF treatment and were blessed with four healthy embryos. Using two of those embryos, I delivered one healthy baby boy in 2022 and another healthy baby boy in 2024. Now, my husband and I are preparing to return next month for our third and final transfer, hoping to welcome our baby girl in 2027. Words cannot fully express how grateful we are to the entire Incinta family. They didn't just help us grow our family--they helped me fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a mother. After years of praying, hoping, and wondering if this day would ever come, I now have two beautiful miracle boys and hope for one more blessing on the way. Thank you, Incinta, for your compassion, expertise, and unwavering support throughout this journey. We will forever be grateful for the role you've played in our family's story, and we are so excited to continue our IVF journey with the Incinta family once again. Forever grateful
