It was as straightforward as it got. I paid for the home with cash and skipped all the inspections I could trying to save time. It still took her around 60 days to get us to closing. Then after several weeks and multiple mistakes later she calls me and said a non client said something and threatened to stop everything in it's tracks costing me months of my time and several thousand dollars in fees. It was very uncomfortable working with her. Several times I emailed her with multiple questions and she seemed incapable of answering more than one question at a time, disregarding my other questions about the property and the process. I've never heard of anyone "being out of the office."

Her incomparable knowledge of the law and legal process has been massively helpful and reassuring, I have always been able to get ahold of her and she always responds very quickly to all of my calls and emails when she is busy. She was always very honest and clear and up front about what was happening and what my options were, as well as what to expect. On top of all this, she was intelligent, funny, and kind... truly just a nice person to be around. Going to court is quite frankly always a stressful, scary, and difficult experience, but there is no one else I'd rather have in my corner than her. I fully recommend her, especially for mothers.
