They do lovely sandwiches, you can pick your own filling and it will be made fresh in front of you. As with Greggs, they have a naughty selection of fresh cream cakes, iced buns and muffins to debate over. The prices are still cheap and of course, you take the food away to eat it. Ainsleys gets busy at peak times like lunch and dinner but the queues won't last very long. It's worth it anyway.

They are usually pretty cheap as well, with sausage rolls at 60p, if you are starving but trying to make sure you have enough bus fare, then that's a pretty good option. My favourite bit about this shop though is the staff. They are happy-go-lucky and friendly, which is more than I can say of the other Greggs stores that I have been in. The last time I wandered past the shop was empty and the girls behind the counter were having some kind of dance off, and when they noticed that I had spotted them, creased up in laughter. Joy and cakes in Chapel Allerton! Makes it that little bit sweeter when you pop in for a bite.

They do the usual supply of sandwiches, paninis, pastys, etc and buns and cream cakes. They also do a different supply of prepacked buns and cakes and breads and sandwiches. This bakers makes a big difference to greggs which does get boring after a while so i like a change. The staff arent the friendliest but they do get busy so you can forgive them that. The place is a bit dearer than greggs but for a change they are well worth it. They seem to be more traditional in their recipes too. The place is lovely and clean too. I also like their fresh soups they do unless it is tomato.
