We bought a Fleetwood 2 bedroom/2bath in 2017 from Mike Seaman. Now five years later we want to testify that this was the smartest part of our relocation to Montana for retirement. All of our dealings with Mike have been positive, from looking at all the different models in his lots, to driving with him to check out all the various parks and land. We found a perfect corner lot, and a small friendly community. After purchasing the new manufactured home, it was delivered and set up professionally and was "turn key" ready when we drove out from Vermont. We had always rented back East and are very happy to own our own home now. The referrals he gave on insurance and maintenance were all wonderful and people of trust. The home has been energy efficient and trouble free. We highly recommend Mike because he will always be there for you, whether it is help with financing issues or moving. WOW! all I can say! Waked into the door & right back out of the other! Could not even see any of…read morethe desks since they were sacked way high with papers...ALL OF THEM! Stacks & stacks of paper scattered everywhere... Floors, desks, counters, and place was disgusting! How do you run a business like this? There were broken down cars/ motorhomes on the lot along with old stacked tires & alot of junk! Bell rang when we walked in but no acknowlement even tho we heard her talking on the phone. Will be buying from Ranglisch in missoula!
