For example, they will take a picture of the spec's on a motor but you can't read the words or numbers. Why bother posting a picture of something that's unreadable??? I wouldn't normally post anything negative and prefer to contact a company directly when I have an issue but after notifying them of this issue on several occasions, they still post blurry, non-legible and stupid pictures of what's being offered. Perhaps this review will convince them that quality and relevant pictures are the foundation of their business. They should take a lesson from their closest competitor on the proper documentation and listing of products up for auction. The first step would be to show the photographer how to focus a camera and hold it steady or use a tripod.

The cargo bike shop was less than helpful. My husband took my bike to Chilkoot Cyclery (which doesn't even sell Tern bikes) and they discovered that it was missing an important piece to the drive train and was causing my chain to rub on the frame. The team at Chilkoot went above an beyond helping us solve the mystery. They called Tern and ordered a replacement part, installed it, and gave my bike a tune up for a very reasonable price. Love this shop!

I'm always surprised at how much local talent we have. In fact Rick Kelley (best known for his wildlife art and the 9/11 commemorative work featuring the bald eagles) is the son of the man who started Kelley Frame. (If this is the first time you're reading a review of mine, you should know that they all contain fascinating facts like this.) The dad/owner Ed Kelley died a couple of years ago and I miss his friendly banter. He was a helluva salesman and a really nice guy. The creativity here seems to be hit and miss. I've ended up with a few framed pieces I'm less than excited about, partly my fault for not going with my gut. But overall this is a place to check out. In addition to their HUGE selection of custom frames, they carry some home accessories....lamps and knick knacky things. Quite a few sales during the year so check the website before you venture in. They have a store in Woodbury too, but Hudson is bigger.
