Rented an auger there, when I returned it being the honest person I am, I told them I had put a kink in it about 25 feet from the end. They treated me as if I'd done it on purpose and accused me of also damaging the tip (I didn't). As if I would tell them about the hidden, more substantial damage and then lie about visible minor damage. I forfeited my deposit as I expected, to cover the damage, but due to their snotty attitudes I won't be going there again. Long time frequent customer, but not any longer. read more

SHAME on this establishment. With the reloading supplies being very hard to come by they are charging $10.00 for a box of Federal small rifle primers which normally sell for $4.99. I'm going to see if there is some way to stop this thru the Better Business Bureau. I will never shop there again!!! read more

My brother-in-law and I went in to each buy new shotguns and some ammo. There were to guys working behind the counter and we were the only customers in the area. We were trying to ask a few questions about some of the shotguns and we barely could get a grunt out of either of them. One was on a computer and the other was wiping down a used rifle. I've never been treated so rudely. I'll never set foot in that store again and you can bet I'll let everyone I talk to know what they're all about. They're loss cause we were look at $1500.00 shotguns!!!!! read more

I was here a couple months ago to buy a new deer hunting rifle and they were very rude and not at all helpful. Stopped in today to grab a couple sporting good supplies but they now have that entire area roped off and are helping only one person at a time. I will never return to the store! read more

I was at the store today to purchase 209 primers and powder for my muzzleloader. I've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars there over the years. I've bought guns,bows, scopes, and a number of accessories. I was treated like a second rate citizen. Rude, rude, rude. The owner and his young punk in the gun section..like I said, I've spent thousands there. Now my business will go to Ryan's Sport Shop in Durand. Not much farther for me to drive. read more
