I was referred to him several years ago by the U of M Peds head docter at that time. He saw me the same day as the referral. I did have to wait 20 minutes but it was the same day I asked for the referral and they were working me in because of the issue I had. He has continued to treat me with kindness and expertise. The staff are professional and helpful. A smile and a kind word goes a long way. Many patients are scared, anxious and therefore short tempered so consider the mood you were in and the attitude you presented. I give high ratings to this clinic and the staff. He did the surgery and I'm pleased because I can wear shoes and walk now. Also, during Covid times, I was vaccinated, but was told that I was lying and would not be allowed into the clinic. I was vaccinated and it is in the county records. Also, they do pelvic exams, but didn't seem to know how the tools work. I was pinched and shoved in the vaginal area. There was no other person in the room when these exams took place. It was painful to walk afterwards.

We've never had to wait in the lobby longer than 2 minutes, which is unheard of in this field. He always gives you the time YOU need to discuss your medical condition and concerns without ever making you feel "rushed". He LISTENS to you and doesn't give you the feeling that you don't know what you're talking about. He and his staff genuinely care about our family and make us feel like we're his only patients. Most practices experience a high turn-over with staffing, this one doesn't know what turn-over is. They've had the same staff since we started going there.
