While I was there we went through a snow storm which left us without power for almost a week. I ended up driving to my father's home which was three hours away just so I would not be out of anything I needed as I had young children at the time. I probably would have filed a claim had I not gone to stay with my family. We also had tornado incidents that hit in a town about 40 minutes from my home which I was supposed to have gone to that day but ended up being too sick to leave home to go to my scheduled appointment...Thank God, otherwise that too may have been a claim needed to be filed. The staff in Penny's office always made me feel at home with them. They were caring and respectful. I miss the mid-west hospitality, it is something that California does not have much of. However, I had a bill that needed to be paid and I tried to pay it on a Saturday and their call center was closed...
