The best vet ever!!! The staff is very helpful and loving toward our fur babies...this is all I can write because it is fact!!!

So I was visiting family over 4th of July weekend when my dog had a small emergency. Called the this clinic and they were able to squeeze me in within the hour. Tiffany (it think?) met us outside, took my dog and collected all his info. The Vet came out a few minutes later to explain the plan and to give us a ballpark quote. They took care of my baby all day and when I returned to pick him up after they were done, Tiffany brought him back out to me and explained everything that was done, the medications he would be on and how to administer them. The total was even less than quoted and VERY reasonable. Anywhere else would have charged me for an emergency visit on top of the regular fees. Best of all though, my baby was happy and obviously well treated. I couldn't ask for more...so grateful to the whole team at the Greers Vet Clinic!!! read more

Again, the worst Vet I've ever been to. This lady clearly isn't in the business bc she loves animals. She's only out for money. There is no sense in running every blood test there is and taking 20 X-rays for something simple but just to rack up a bill. I honesty don't think she knows what she's doing. And to the guy stalking my yelp to see who I review, get a life man. You've obviously never been charged $1000 for a wrong diagnosis. Only to find out your dog is FINE! Your obviously never been charged over $350 for a simple ear infection or $300 for a simple cat spay and shots. You might be made of money but not everyone is. Especially to only get misdiagnosed and having to pay $350 for antibiotics that he didn't need! Yelp is for rating businesses. That's what I do! If I don't like it im not gonna lie about it. Just bc you had a good experience doesn't at all mean everyone else does. Bc in this town most people refuse to go there and will travel to other cities. Like me. So instead of judging people who share their thoughts on an app that is FOR THAT try helping someone today. read more

I am reposting this review from my Facebook after my first encounter with Dr. Kelly and her staff. I noticed her yelp review had only one star which is extremely perplexing. I checked out the one person that gave her a poor review, and apparently that person reviews just about everyone with one or two stars except for a local beauty salon and a conway restaurant called China Town. My Facebook review: First, let me say I hardly ever take the time to review any service or business online, but this veterinary clinic, Dr. Kelly, and the staff are so wonderful that I felt compelled to describe my experience with them. I brought my full blooded Doberman Pinscher, Kiah, to Dr. Kelly after another local veternarian in a neighboring county had charged me over $500 for a skin condition he misdiagnosed and failed to heal. His office also told me Kiah had heart worms and was planning on charging me a RIDICULOUS sum for treatment. As Kiah was getting worse, I left there and brought her to Dr. Kelly; it was the smartest thing I could have done. After a quick and proper diagnosis, Dr. Kelly fully explained any and every treatment option available for Kiah including the cost of each one, all of which were reasonable. Immediately, Kiah was placed on the proper meds, which cleared up her skin condition and helped to regulate her weight. Dr. Kelly also let me know that Kiah did not, in fact, have heart worms, which saved me a bundle on an unneeded treatment. Thanks to Dr. Kelly and the staff, Kiah looks like a completely different dog. She runs and plays like she did when she was a puppy, and I know her treatments have added both years and quality to her life! Thank you Dr. Kelly! ... From both Kiah and myself! If you are in Cleburne or any of the surrounding counties, please do your pets a favor and bring them here. They will get the highest level of possible care by a top notch professional. You simply won't find a better Veternarian. I know I will never take my pets anywhere else. Update: Years later, I still take Kiah to Dr. Kelly. She has an appointment today. If you speak to Dr. Kelly for more than 5 minutes you can tell she has a real passion for animals and her job. She is still always so excited to see Kiah. I've never felt for a second that she is "all about the money." If anything, she goes above and beyond to help and make things affordable. I have a sneaking suspicion the previous reviewer takes joy in writing negative, uncaring, and unwarranted reviews. I'm very thankful to have such a quality Veternarian in Cleburne county. If you truly care about your pet's health, you would be wise to take your pets to her. read more
