My father, a lifelong pastor, was extremely busy and didn't get a chance to use the gift card until recently after his retirement. The gift card has no expiration date and, per Pennsylvania law, should be valid for five years. However, when my father called Mr. Bailey to schedule the service, he was told the gift card would not be honored. Worse, Mr. Bailey became belligerent and even cursed at him! This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Refusing to honor a paid gift card and treating a customer so poorly is unethical and feels like theft. I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

WFM was the best part about the entire process. Very helpful and equally as kind. Anyone that's had to or unfortunately about to deal with PennDOT and Intoxalock already knows/will know how frustrating and tedious those two places can be. Thankfully with WFM's help, they made the process bearable. It was a huge relief to not have a car-buying experience be stressful. Extremely happy with the car itself - excellent condition and great price. Donny and his wife were such a pleasure to do business with. Incredibly supportive and detail oriented.
