However they were kind enough to contact a college whom was willing to meet with us in a couple hours. The college was Mr. John K Phoebus! He was so kind, went over the details of our case, put my mind at ease that he would be able to talk care of this quickly. He told us that currently it was mandatory to show up one time before a judge but felt certain we would have a good outcome. We'll much to our surprise 4 days later he already made his notes, hand delivered them and had the results. AND NO mandatory visit to court, and just 40 hours community service. I just can't say enough about Mr Phoebus and his team, I never dreamed we would have an answer that fast and great!! He's so easy to talk to, his staff is fantastic, so kind!! I would highly recommend him to anyone! Especially if you have a teenager who gets into trouble and your a worried parent, Mr Phoebus will calm your nerves, answer all your questions and go over and above to show you to a positive ending!

I didn't want to get points added to my driver license as traffic points have increased so much in VA. So I started looking for local lawyers (really wanted local lawyers not satellite lawyers) who are familiar with the MD Courts in the area and found MacDonald Law Office, LLC and Andrew MacDonald. I called and left a voice message and he called me back and we discussed everything and he explained the process and what it may entail and hopefully we end up with an amicable solution where no points would be added to my license. Then came the COVID-19 pandemic! My trial date was originally set for April, then postponed to June and again to October. I did not have to go and Andrew represented me and informed me that the Officer didn't show up and he moved to dismiss the case! So no points and no fines and I am so grateful and certainly recommend his law firm with how they handled my case given everything than happened. If you're looking for local lawyers in Ocean City, MD talk to this law firm for solutions. A++

I wouldn't settle for that amount, so they said they would sue in Circuit Court but they would have to serve the driver. To date, that hasn't been done, so almost a year and a half after the accident, I'm in the same position I was in on the following day, except I'll have to give a 3rd of the settlement to Gaudreau for doing next to nothing and another $6,000 to the doc/physical therapy office they recommended. I would have done better to deal directly with the insurance company myself. Beware of this shady firm and their fraudulent claims of huge settlements.

Susan Seidel Tilghman, without due cause, changed my mother's legally prepared DPOA document,…read moreremoving me, and named my mother's long-lost sister and her own self, Susan Seidel Tilghman, as "Alternate" POA. My mother was already a resident in the Gull Creek Valeo memory care unit in Berlin, Maryland with Alzheimer's with Behavioral Disturbance. But attorney Susan Seidel Tilghman faxed over the new documents which the facility then accepted, telling me on my Google review that "legal matters need to be sorted out in the appropriate setting". My mother had prepared her legal DPOA naming me in 2007, which was duly enacted in 2017 when my mother became sick with Dementia/Alzheimer's. Susan Seidel Tilghman, after changing the documents, then waged a campaign of elder abuse/misappropriation of funds lies against me, even though I was fully exonerated by the Berlin Maryland Police Department and the State of Maryland Adult Protective Services. Ultimately, my mother's estranged, disinherited daughter in Utah acquired status as the new(er) DPOA, and then moved my mother out of Maryland 1,000 miles away. To Utah. They prevented me from contact with my mother for no legal reason. In fact, no one notified me while my mother was dying in the hospital for six days. My dear mother died on 12/27/19 in Logan, UT, where she had never lived before being stolen, under false pretenses, from Gull Creek Valeo memory care. My mother ended up under the care and control of her three disinherited, estranged, adult children who had no relationship with her for decades, due to a rift in the family. Attorney Grievance Bar Counsel now has more recent documents to add to the complaint I made to them in 2018. Susan Seidel Tilghman sent my mother to a Cambridge, MD geriatric psychiatrist in June, 2018 after she changed my mother's DPOA in May, 2018 to try to cover herself. I tracked him down to Tucson, Arizona and gave him a piece of my mind. He told me he never intended for yet another POA to be executed. I am coming for them all. Legally. Signed, Chrystina Taylor-Bird, loving daughter of Janice Pratt. RIP Mom
