Too bad they don't have zero stars here, because this firm doesn't even deserve one star. 16 Months…read moreafter being the victim in a rear ending car accident where I was struck by a driver going 55 mph while I was at a stop light, the best Mr. Gaudreau could offer was a settlement that didn't even cover the $$$ I lost for sick leave I had to use. I wouldn't settle for that amount, so they said they would sue in Circuit Court but they would have to serve the driver. To date, that hasn't been done, so almost a year and a half after the accident, I'm in the same position I was in on the following day, except I'll have to give a 3rd of the settlement to Gaudreau for doing next to nothing and another $6,000 to the doc/physical therapy office they recommended. I would have done better to deal directly with the insurance company myself. Beware of this shady firm and their fraudulent claims of huge settlements.
