I screwed around for 45 minutes trying to get the untrained employee to process my application to renew my license and take payment, but the inexperienced employee couldn't even figure out how to process a credit card. The manager who was trying to leave didn't want to take the time to just run the card herself. After three attempts to run my card, I finally had to demand they return my card so that I could leave after nearly an hour. I'll go elsewhere to renew my license, and I suggest you avoid these hacks as well.

Same process, but now the cost is still $100 for OMMA, but these clods jacked their price to $199. For the EXACT same process as two years ago. Folks working are nice and seem competent. But there are many other places that provide the same service for much less. When you see the price of $199 its easy to presume it's $100 for the card and $99 for the process but it is not. A definite NO-GO for a card renewal.
