Worst experience ever. I had placed a call to Greenwise requesting cancelation of my account, I was still under my 30days, I had not even received my welcome call yet. This morning I was called by Mark, stating he had received my request and wanted to talk to me about my reasons behind my request. I told him I no longer required or desired to do business with with Greenwise. He asked me specifically why I didnt want to do business with Greenwise, I told him that I no longer wanted to do business with Greenwise because of information I had acquired after researching the company online, he said yea but if we can save you money why would you not let us do our job that you hired us to do. I lost my temper I admit but at this point there were no reason go continue this game. I started to record the call. We went round and around for a few more mins until I told him finally that even if they were the last company on earth I would never ever do business with Greenwise. As a retired military senior citizen with PTSD. This call was upsetting all I wanted was to cancel my account and requested my initial payment returned. I was hassled, I was asked the same redundant question over and over again. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated in business. This guy Mark should be fired, if you do business with this company do all your homework before signing up. For most folks I would think you would choose a far better company where your business is appreciated and you are not harrassed if you needed to cancel. If you do cancel be prepared to defend your reasons why with some asshole name Mark. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I am going to prepare a statement to send to the VA, to warn Vets, my local better business bureau and will post my experience on all social media platforms, I turned the recorded phone call over to my attorney for possible litigation. Greenwise was the best decision I've made for 2025. We relocated from Southern California 14 months ago, between the moving van line, warehouse storage, road trip gasoline & meals, temporary living expenses, new home utility setup fees, etc, my credit cards quickly maxed out. I receive a small fixed social security check & had been paying monthly bills on time but had little money if any left for hygienic necessities. I was totally stressed out! I had alot of online loans out and couldn't get out of debt. I called alot of places that would suppose to help you get out of debt. I was turned down by alot of them. My last call was to greenwise. When I was told I qualify for their debt relief I was very happy. Greenwise had this nice guy named Daniel to help me. He was able to get my debt in order. He even saw this vehicle loan that was from 5 years ago that I completely forgot about it. I just have to pay small amount of money once a month to be divided among all the loans I owe. Estoy escribiendo este desastroso review porque pensé que eran competentes con los representantes que atienden al publico; la verdad que tuve una apocalíptica atención con tres y cuatro representantes incluyendo la supervisora que fue grosera , que también se quiso ser la simpática, primero que todo me deje llevar por la propaganda que sale en Oscar Haza en la television que propósito conozco al sr. Haza......creyendo que Ivan ayudarme así como lo mencionan en su canal, de partida llamo y me contesta una seńorita llamada Ana Jimenez ella muy atenta al principio y al final no arreglo el problema,despues la gran llamada de bienvenida para confirmar los datos de uno, me hicieron un contrato con mi nombre y el nombre de mi esposa y ese error lo hicieron 3 veces y tengo los emails de prueba, y después al final hable con la supervisora y me decía errores son errores y yo le dije tres veces errores? parecen que uds no han implementado bien su sistema y quieren sorprender al cliente cambiando o poniendo otros nombres en el contrato......la verdad seńor Peláez es lamentable lo que tiene de agentes al servicio del cliente, la seńorita que me dio la llamada de bienvenida en una llamada que le hizo a mi esposa para mandarle un documento bancario para que puedan hacer los retiros mensuales , la seńorita le mando el nuevo contrato a otro email y otra vez equivocado con el nombre de mi esposa y mi nombre ....como me va a mandar a otro email si la seńorita tenia todos mis datos y ya me habían mandado otro contrato primero;no tiene sentido que le pregunte a mi esposa mi email si ya tienen mis datos absolutamente sin sentido, seguro no les remuneran bien y no se enfocan en lo que deberían de hacer....su trabajo........espero seńor Peláez sirva hacer una investigación del caso y mi nombre es Oscar Valiente y espero que si en realidad le importa su negocio se sirva comunicarse conmigo. Multiple spam emails on a daily basis for a service I have no interest in. I have called them, reported to BBB, unsubscribed..... nothing. Still get unwanted spam every day. It has ruined my primary personal email address. Companies should be be allowed to solicit in this manner. read more
