They like to micro manage and force their real estate agents to sell services from companies they are affiliated with, in addition to their mortgage and insurance services! And those who do not push these services to their clients are mocked, treated less than, put at the bottom of the list or ignored all together. Shamefully, this company is in the habit of processing commission statements incorrectly and never fixing them!!! The managers either do the bare minimum or ignore all the request to have commission statements corrected and lie to the agents telling them they are looking into things but nothing ever gets resolved and corrected, thus resulting in the company keeping thousands of dollars from their agents!! The staff and managers are rude and unprofessional. They gossip and make fun of agents to other agents and will try to avoid answering the phone or returning your calls when requested to do so forcing you to go to the office in order to get a simple Yes or No response that could have been taken care of in less than 5 seconds. They are very difficult to deal with overall and it is their way or the highway! They have no respect for the agents and their personal lives. They demand to know why you don't attend meetings as if agents are paid employees and have an obligation to attend every single one. Most importantly, they push their agents to sell their services so much that they do not care about the real estate practices and procedures regulations and advise their agents to only refer William Raveis services to their clients, to no give them other options, because they are only worried about their bottom line!!!!!!! This company is a disgrace, stay way!!!!

Then she took advantage of my kindness by borrowing another $2000 from me, on the pretext that she had a pending sale in the works, and could repsy me in two weeks. After about 3 months, she repaid me $500, and then no more. This loan was made in April of 2024. The case was filed in Ct small claims (Dahlgren vs Margolick) and I won a judgement against her for $1800. The head of Raveis in Shelton Ct then told the State Marshall that he hadn't paid her any wages, and therefore could not have them garnished. I would never do business with this firm again.
