Not only that but in the one message they left us, we were told they had time to come by tomorrow and see the problem, and to call to arrange. Great! Not. Well not only did they not answer, nor return our call about setting something up for that next day, as they had offered, but we were simply left just hanging ... a week LATER and they still never even got back to us. SMH. Any reputable contractor would/could have taken 10 seconds to reach out EVEN if it were just to say, you know we apologize but it turns out we are jammed (or down an employee or whatever other reason) ... but for this firm be as inconsiderate and irresponsible as this is kinda shocking, not to mention plain bad business in our local area.

Robbie came up with ingenious fix requiring some custom carpentry so that the spice rack did not disappear but became an integral of the whole. Anthony, our renovation expert, was our first contact with A to Z. He encouraged us not to give up on what we wanted the project to look like even though other renovators had told us it was impossible to do. He also offered to answer any questions we might have along the way. Then there's Shevy, the permit and insurance coordinator. She dealt with the necessary paperwork and kept the inspectors at bay so we did not have to deal with those headaches. We've saved on both heating and cooling costs and the foam has dampened quite a bit of the noise from the train that runs near our house. Also, I've had a few contractors work in the house since and *every single time* I think to myself, "I wish it were Sergii doing this work ..."
