They worked very hard to get everything as clean as possible. There were some very dirty areas that they were able to get cleaned. Not only did Tony call me within 30 min he was the ONLY one who called. He showed up 20 min later to give us a bid but saw how bad it was and even though its Sunday he assessed the damage, went and got his 2 chainsaws and dropped the tree for us. He also cut up the limbs that landed in the road. I cant say enough positive about Tony and his service. If you need anyone to help with your trees Tony is the man to call!!

Of course I had 6 trees I wanted cut and 1 tree I wanted topped. He called me 2 days later on a Wednesday and said he could start on Sunday. He said he would have everything down that day and would cut the wood up and help stack the wood. Well Sunday comes and he doesn't show up until after 11am, and didn't get started till noon. He brought a bucket lift and worked a couple hours on 1 tree took an hour and a half lunch and came back for 20mins and sent me a text and said be back tomorrow. Didn't clean up anything left everything where it layed didn't even stack the limbs into a pile. So I spent over 2 hours trying to clean up this Hugh mess and ran out of daylight to finish but I got 80% cleaned up. Tony only has 1 person helping him and gets around using a cane. He was their to watch Tony cut tress. The came back Monday around 10:30 and called it a day at 4pm had to return the bucket lift and after 2 days of work their was only 2 tress that were cut down. Tuesday comes and they leave and I couldn't clean up anything Monday after they left and when they left Tuesday their was logs laying in the road infront of my house i have a Hugh driveway and and couldn't park their because limbs scattered everywhere. At this point I'm getting very worried because they had 3 tress left to cut that were very big and he was just going to cut it climbing the tree and doing so damaged one of my sprinkler heads and damaged my fence. And left the tree limbs on my fence. Had to come back Wednesday because he still has 2 more trees to go. I told Tony I would take down my fence and I didn't because he no longer had the lift because someone else rented it Tuesday and Wednesday. So he cuts my fence and drops a tree and he got the other one done. All he would do as far as clean up was cut the trees into smaller logs that's more easily moved. Didn't stack anything in a pile didn't clean up any limbs left my yard looking like a tornado hit it and even asked if he was going to clean up and his response was I did what I came here to do I'm going home. I wouldn't have hired him to cut my trees down if I knew I was going to have to hire another crew to just clean up for $500 because of how bad they left my yard. Price maybe a little cheaper then his competition but I wish I would have chose differently now. You get what you pay for I didn't look the guy up and call him he came knocking on my door trying to find work. I had several trees that really needed to be cut and I'm glad their down, just wish I would have gotten a second quote. Would not hire in the future and would strongly suggest to anyone to go with someone else.

At first he appeared to be fairly professional and reasonably knowledgeable. On the phone he explained to us how contractors in PB will take advantage of you and how he can't do that to people because he's too good of a person. THATS EXACTLY WHAT HE DID. He also led us to believe that he had multiple employees and proper equipment. However, the only other person who ever came to help was a convicted felon; and all of the equipment used was brand new. We hired him to replace our floors and remodel our kitchen. It was supposed to be done before we got into town. Instead we walked into a nightmare. Before we got into town, he implied that the floor was finished. Upon arrival we found that it wasn't even completely demoed. We paid him several installments of our agreed upon price before he got much done. By the time he got the majority of the money for the contract he stopped showing up to work. Mind you that none of the projects we paid him for were even close to completion. He claimed to have already done "more than that much work for us" and asked for more money to finish. We all signed a contract, stating the price for each section of the project. He showed up for maybe 20 of the 55 possible work days to work and when he did, barely anything got done. He'd show up late and leave early on most of the days he actually showed. He often would text "on my way" and show up hours later or not at all. Then he would be unreachable. We would be without communication for days at a time with a pitiful excuse once we could reach him. He was extremely unprofessional at times and we held his hand through the process. We even agreed to provide our labor to help get it done. He laid a large section of tile in the wrong pattern, which we had to tear up and replace ourselves. He also did not use the correct technique in applying the tile, and they are coming loose. In the end, we could not get him to show up to work so we fired him. We are in the process of filing a lawsuit to get our money back. The overall experience was a nightmare. The contractors that came in to finish the work have pointed out that what he did accomplish was done incorrectly. The cabinets that were set, were not level. The electrical work done was not functional or safe. He left holes in the floor and ceiling, live wires in the walls, leaking plumbing that damaged a brand new cabinet, and we continue to find more as we work to fix our home. I'd look else where.

They are so professional and told us exactly what needed to be done and came back with a bid quickly. The quality and value are amazing for the job they undertook. Everything had to come out and be redone. We knew it would because our floor was never leveled and tile work wasn't even completed from the previous contractor. They assured me they could give me the bathroom I had envisioned and they did not disappoint!!! The work is amazing, just look at the pictures and you will see.
