This is the worst attempt at trying to buy a home I have ever had! We were refered by USAA (prior…read moremilitary, got mortgage through USAA who is affiliated with various real estate companies in order to make the buying experience a good one for us). We were refered to Dana Slocum who was veted through USAA. He said he would send us properties, over 5 days later, still no properties were emailed to us. I called USAA and complained about him since we need a good realtor who will be very aggressive in finding us a home in a highly desierable neighborhood (primarily due to the good schools). He did call my wife and stated that he didn't get the properties to us because "he needs his weekends for downtime too". Ha...realtors work on the weekend! It's their prime time, when we buyers/sellers are off work, etc. Anyway, USAA refered us to another agent....last name also Slocum. Turns out, through my research, this is Dana Slocum's wife. I called her and left a message about looking for a property and that I am residing in Oklahoma...she NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL!!!! I called USAA and they severed their relationship with these people! We currentlly have a great agent through REMAX and we are very happy.
