Let me start by saying this company has truly disappointed me. I wanted to do something extra…read morespecial for my mom on her birthday and decided to send her a wonderful bouquet of flowers. I ordered the flowers to make sure she would get them on her special day being that I would not be able to spend the day with her. Well needless to say she didn't get her flower and I had to ruin the surprise by asking her did she get her flowers. I ended up getting a series of emails first saying they would be delivered on the date requested then another saying they wouldn't be which was very upsetting. The next day as we both waiting for them to arrive my mother was so upset she didn't want the flowers. Mind you this is around 3:00pm. I contacted the company which is 800 flowers and as I was put on hold the company came back and said they were being delivered. I contacted my mother who didn't get her flowers until after 5pm. This has been very upsetting and I will never order from them again. This is the second time they have disappointed me with not delivering on time. Lets not forget along with the expensively priced flowers they charge you another 14.99 flor delivery and they don't get it to the customer on time. Thankfully my mom said the flowers were beautiful.....I just wish they could have been delivered on her birthday and with an apology to say the least....SO SORRY MOM!!
