He still wasn't there an hour and a half later so I called him and the main company line to tell them not to come, but of course had to leave an ugly voicemail on both. Tommy ended up coming out anyway about 20 minutes later. He was nice enough and sent us a quote via email within a couple of days. We had some questions so we responded to his email and here we are a month later without any reply from him. 3 weeks after our appointment I received a call from a lady (I believe her name was Alex) at the company in response to the angry voicemail I left. She was very unprofessional and had no idea what was going on. Her exact words were "I had a sticky note to give you a call, but I'm not sure if I already did and I don't know what I was supposed to call you about." Absolutely ridiculous. The people seem nice enough if you can actually talk to them and obviously I can't attest for the quality of their landscaping, but their customer service is pathetic.
