They had crews come out and work together to correct my drainage problems. The crews cleaned up the overgrowth of voluntary plants that were overtaking my home. They worked for 3 1/2 days to finish up. Mr.Lasley will be out to make sure everything is completed. The crews working were very detailed and provided excellent customer service. They even were dog friendly when my Great Dane interrupted their work. Definitely would recommend them for any of your home Landscaping needs.

We were a few days ahead of some shipments coming in so we weren't able to find too much quite yet. It was still an enjoyable visit to see the earlier blooms and how everything is laid out. The only thing that held it up from a fifth star was we felt like the staff was withholding or not taking us seriously when we were asking for interest in ordering a magnolia tree. We were asking for price ranges and they wouldn't seem to give it to us even though we understood that they didn't have them available currently or that they may need to look it up. I can't help but feel like I thought we wouldn't be able to afford it or something of that nature. Otherwise, a not so bad experience. You will find everything from wind chimes, tropical plants, fairly mature trees, and birdseed here.

However, this year they charged me $600 dollars to clean up my leaves (my trees are small), clean up 2 small flower beds and cut 11 grass plants. In years past they also cut back the scrubs, but not this year. When the work order came though I looked at the cost which was the same as the past but didn't look closely at the planned work. Bad mistake and costly. on my part! The money paid was not worth the work. Be careful with his company.

While I love gardening, hardscape and major install was well-beyond my ability. The crew from BbL was incredible. From scheduling a quote, fair pricing, and their finished product they exceeded expectations. The install crew particularly went above and beyond to not only create beautiful walls/beds/steps, but even took time to blow all the leaves off the project site and drive area to make it look pretty - EVEN on the evenings before they were fully finished and in an area that only we see. The end result is gorgeous and brings the entire project together. It sounds cheesy, but after work on the day the crew finished, I came home and felt like I was on an HGTV show before/after reveal as I admired their work.
