I visited twice in June and the staff was very kind and treated my items with great care. Everything arrived safely! I also sent some items to my mother's sister, and they also arrived quickly and in tact. I appreciated the time they all took to find the least expensive way to ship with the right amount of item cushioning. As other reviewers have noted, the prices are not cheap. I have shipped from lots of places in California that cost a lot more and arrived damaged. My mother used Pak Mail to send me items, and they always arrived as good as when she shipped them! Pak Mail is worth every cent!

I would give five stars because I expect if and when I do business with them that I will feel they…read moreare the best option. They gave me the best quote on a battery replacement for a v60 which I want to fix for someone special. And I went and spoke with a guy and he was well-rounded and we discussed many things which tell me a lot about him and the money is the most important thing actually if I can get it all together I would actually spend 10 to 20 more to try to find a battery with 500 to 2,000 more mah capacity and seals which are better to ensure the ip68 rating is retained. And I intend to possibly find a second screen case 450 to $80 unused online I saw recently so it's going to be an investment of the 70 plus maybe 10 to 20 more plus 50 to 80 for the second screen in case and it will revive a phone which was possibly LG's best ever. And this guy also attempted to help people with low income by undertaking an endeavor with the ACP and it's too bad that he fell upon a bad company. But you can tell like some companies he didn't make much if anything off of it but probably lost money. That's too bad cuz this looks like an excellent business for fort wayne. I'm excited to tell others and if I can get a couple more of these t h i n q the g8x or v50 or v60 or legendary or the velvet. This would be the place to take your devices. And the guy has a honesty which smacks of something where if he doesn't know he will tell you but this is the sort of person where don't be disheartened if he doesn't know exactly everything about everything because no one does but when someone is honest that like that you know that they will learn what is required and do it the best way. Yeah take my vote as a five instead of a four because I'm sure I'll feel that way after doing business with them. And you likely will also. Miles and his team are personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I am an Electrical…read moreEngineer, server manager, Oracle database developer, I write my own software and used to build my own computers, but my eye's are getting too bad to see fine details. So, after buying all the parts for my top end PC, I took them to Miles and team to put it together. It was as quoted, and on time, but due to Covid, parts were hard to get. Later, when I finally was able to buy the video card and CPU that I had wanted, but could not get for a reasonable price. So, I took them back to Miles and team to Install. Again, on time and as quoted. But, now I had a problem playing my mmo game and a few connection issues caused by transporting it home. Miles fixed the transportation issues free of charge. I really feel that I owed them more money than they quoted. A rare thing if you ask me. My previous Computer repair place, to which I will never go back to, ruined my previous build causing me to make this new high end gaming PC. It is an complex build consisting of an open air design chassis, 18 RGB fans, a top AMD GPU, and a CPU just short of AMD's Threadripper series, 1200W PSU, 64GB RAM, Audio sound display, 48.8" monitor with RGB strips. I could not be happier with Miles and his team. Excellent work, customer service and a great team. How can you lose with that? My highest recommendation to Stone Computer
