And "maybe you should be a better golfer" (for context I've broken 80 multiple times, I'm not the worst golfer) he the goes on to mention how this year alone 20+ windshields have been broken on the hole which proves that there needs to be some sort of warning or protection. Even though all the laws and everything supports them being at fault he just continued to yell through the phone (very professional) I didn't want to leave the lady with a broken windshield so I paid for it anyways because he wasn't going to, I didnt call for them to pay for it, I just called him because this obviously happens all the time and I jus wanted to know what to do in the situation. The owner then started puffing his chest on the phone talking about how he can beat me in golf, it's honestly laughable the way he acted as an old old man. Some tee boxes were a little rough but the greens and fairways were well groomed. As first time players, not too many blind shots so we could manage the course. The forward tees were around 4800 yards which is a little shorter than usual but still provided challenges and allowed me to actually have a shot at hitting the green in regulation. We played as a twosome and were behind several 4-somes but still played in under 4 hours. It was an incredibly hot day and I appreciated the trees for shade as we waited to tee off. We enjoyed this course very much and hope to come back again.

If you can't listen to your customers, then you shouldn't remain in business, plain and simple. If you're going to rip people off, that's only going to make your customer rate go down and do business with you less. I have once filed a complaint on your company's website about my experience and did not hear back from their customer care department. Your "focused not on the past but today's players" is not a good excuse to disrespect the older generation of players. An arcade business should respect ALL generations of gamers, not just focus on the present. They don't even have the arcade machines from back when we were kids in the 80s and 90s like Maude's Pizza did. The staff at this location are unpleasant including one middle-aged woman who got in my face for no good reason. They have a lot of machines that look good on the outside, but on the inside are another story. This arcade center cares more about profits than they do their customers and they do little to nothing to fix any machines that have problems. They have done little to nothing to learn from their mistakes. They will only say "sorry" - only to go back to their old selves to justify horrible service. Please close this place down and replace it with an arcade business that has a better variety of arcades, including ones from the 80s and early 90s. This particular business could care less about their customers.

I went there and their game malfunctioned, giving me less points than I was supposed to have. The employees were very disrespectful when I tried to explain the situation. I showed them photo evidence of the nonfunctional machine, and I recieved was a nasty stare and disrespectful language. I left empty handed and disappointed in what was supposed to be a happy fun time at this new arcade. This is not an exceptable situation, employees need to be looked over for they are very disrespectful.
