If I could rate it lower I would, if you knew how slimy the owner is you wouldn't support this…read moreplace. Had a golf ball hit a windshield where the hole is lined up right next to the road with no netting or any warnings about how their golf course is lined right next to a very busy road with no protection whatsoever, the clubhouse told me to call the owner Farrell so I did and before I could even explain to him what happened to ask what the process was he immediately started yelling in the phone "who gave you my number!" And "maybe you should be a better golfer" (for context I've broken 80 multiple times, I'm not the worst golfer) he the goes on to mention how this year alone 20+ windshields have been broken on the hole which proves that there needs to be some sort of warning or protection. Even though all the laws and everything supports them being at fault he just continued to yell through the phone (very professional) I didn't want to leave the lady with a broken windshield so I paid for it anyways because he wasn't going to, I didnt call for them to pay for it, I just called him because this obviously happens all the time and I jus wanted to know what to do in the situation. The owner then started puffing his chest on the phone talking about how he can beat me in golf, it's honestly laughable the way he acted as an old old man. I would never give a cent to that business and someone needs to take them to court for actively knowing they have a problem with balls going into the road and damaging cars and not doing a thing about it. Not only is the only a low life human based on my 5-10 minute conversation with him, but the course is the worst course I have ever played in my life

The carpet was dirty, there was puke in the bathroom, some of the stalls were clogged and didn't even work. The owner was absolutely rude and basically called us liars, said we didn't make a deposit and he could've made more money booking the room for a home Husker game. I would not recommend hosting a party at this venue! Sad for South Sioux City to have owners treat customers so poorly.

UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE: Your response saying you're a family-owned business is NOT a good excuse…read more The people's negative experiences speak for themselves. If you can't listen to your customers, then you shouldn't remain in business, plain and simple. If you're going to rip people off, that's only going to make your customer rate go down and do business with you less. If you don't follow your promise to fix your machines, it shows what kind of business you are and what kind of staff you're hiring. I have once filed a complaint on your company's website about my experience and did not hear back from their customer care department. Your "focused not on the past but today's players" is not a good excuse to disrespect the older generation of players. An arcade business should respect ALL generations of gamers, not just focus on the present. If you can't respect the older generation of gamers, then you should NOT be allowed to be in business, plain and simple. Thank you for showing us what you're really like, but please show the public something else other than the fact you guys would rather swindle your customers with dirty deals and then play the victim when we the customers are pointing out the obvious that you guys need to do better as a business. ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you want to have fun in a place that rips you off and has a terrible variety of games and other machines, then this is the place for you. After Maude's Pizza in the old Chuck E. Cheese's space nearby closed down a few years ago since the property management declined to renew their lease in favor of this business inside the old Sears space, this was my reason to check it out. They don't even have the arcade machines from back when we were kids in the 80s and 90s like Maude's Pizza did. The staff at this location are unpleasant including one middle-aged woman who got in my face for no good reason. They have a lot of machines that look good on the outside, but on the inside are another story. This arcade center cares more about profits than they do their customers and they do little to nothing to fix any machines that have problems. They have done little to nothing to learn from their mistakes. They will only say "sorry" - only to go back to their old selves to justify horrible service. Please close this place down and replace it with an arcade business that has a better variety of arcades, including ones from the 80s and early 90s. This particular business could care less about their customers.

I wish I could put 0 stars, but that is not an option, so I give this a 1. This was the worst…read moreexperience i have ever have at an arcade ever. I went there and their game malfunctioned, giving me less points than I was supposed to have. The employees were very disrespectful when I tried to explain the situation. I showed them photo evidence of the nonfunctional machine, and I recieved was a nasty stare and disrespectful language. I left empty handed and disappointed in what was supposed to be a happy fun time at this new arcade. This is not an exceptable situation, employees need to be looked over for they are very disrespectful.
