I would never buy from them nor refer any person or business to them. I had a landscape designer refer us and it was the worst experience I've ever had. Not only was I sold half dead plants for $300+ but once I realized I purchased the wrong plants on the design and tried to exchange them the following business day, I was told that "once you take it, it's yours." No credit, no exchange, no return. This is nowhere on the receipt, the website, fb page, nor did they tell you this when you purchase the plants. I can understand weeks out but THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY?! Never again. I am a business owner and I would NEVER treat my customers like this! I will be sure to tell everyone I know. read more
