On 20 June 2016, I went to the Green & Clean in Vienna located at Schlachthausgasse 14 District 3 Landstraße. I encountered several problems, and the representative that came to the launderette to assist me was able to solve all except for one. It was suggested that I contact Green & Clean directly.
The problem was that I selected a machine and paid the amount shown on the enclosed receipt only to discover that the machine was not working. I am not sure why the "computer" allowed me to select this non-working machine. In any case I am out 12 Euros.
I kindly requested a refund of the12 Euros to me via email. I suggested it could be in the form of a card to use at a Green & Clean location as I will be traveling to Europe again within the next couple of years. Or whatever form they wished to use. I also sent this request via regular mail.
As you may guess even though emails were exchanged with Andreas, I received no refund, in fact in one email I was told they only owed me 2 Euros. The main excuse was lack of English.
I am still out 12 Euros and cannot recommend Green & Clean in Vienna located at Schlachthausgasse 14 District 3 Landstraße or an Green & Clean. Poor customer service. read more
