He got the job done after the rains cleared and it looks great. We value his dedication and service. We recommend his company for your concrete needs.

I loved the no pressure sales when talking with Phil. Some other companies tried to bait us (pun) by saying its $xx when can we come out tomorrow. Phil said "here is my paperwork. Here is my number. Think it over. Review the warranty. Get back to me if and when you wanna sign up." Prices were great (by far the best around) and the treatment method is the most effective, from all my research. Saw another review that mentioned lack of responsiveness when contacted. I had mixed experience with this. Phil was very responsive. Mike didn't answer when I texted him back, but did show up on time the next day as scheduled. I set myself a calendar reminder yearly to call and schedule the inspection that way there are no surprises.

Later told that the part was on backorder over a month out so I asked for a refund so that I could have it done sooner elsewhere and was told it would take a couple days and that was no problem. Aldor Sales ordered and installed the wrong color garage door replacement panels (only two panels…read morewere replaced). When we contacted them to correct the issue, there was nothing but round and round about how it was the fault of some employee of theirs who was stealing business from them and we would have to reach out to the installer for correction. Mind you, Aldoor is who we hired to order and install the door panels. Made no sense. The female owner was rude and condescending and threw around her experience as a paralegal to attempt to intimidate us (eyeroll). Bottom line: Aldoor had internal corruption that led to this customer receiving the wrong product and they will NOT stand behind their work. It is NOT the customer's fault IF they had internal personnel issues. Poor customer service, poor product. we will never use them again. And yes Mrs. Owner - your sticker is on the WRONG panels YOUR COMPANY ordered, so stop trying to blame someone else. Grow up, humble yourself, and take accountability.

There was maintenance done in Nov 2024 and they missed something that resulted in my door coming down on me but refused to come and inspect even though they installed my door originally in 2016 and have regularly maintained it since then. I would not recommend them for an installation or thorough maintenance inspections. Possibly for minor repairs.
