My husband and I used the company for a remodeling project in our home. Only to find out the level of unprofessionalism when we asked for touchups to be done on the paint job. The owner met me with hostility and defensiveness via text message and phone call. To then not show up to work at all, setting our already behind timeline even more behind schedule. Our next issue was when the baseboards were reinstalled missing actual chunks and having cracks all over. When this was brought up to Luis we were once again met with hostility and lack of responsibility on his part. The quality of work we are left with for the value we paid is not worth it in my opinion. The stress we had to endure during this project was significant due to the tension the owner created from his immediate defensiveness with things that needed touched up or fixed. He then sent a cowardly text message in the middle of the night to my husband saying he was not returning and would not be completing the job per our signed contract. After talking directly to my husband just earlier that day ensuring he would be here to finish the project. We are now left with an incomplete home and touchups that need fixed around the home due to him and his employees poor workmanship.

They never showed. Finally, the fifth time, Denise told me they'd already picked up our mattresses according to their system. I told her I was looking at them as we spoke. She said she'd schedule another for the next week. Denise also told me about some bag thing they sell at home improvement stores, but the reviews on those are horrendous too. Bags break with no cleanup, no pickups, and worse. By now, my HOA was sending me letters because the mattresses had been on my driveway for two weeks. What is wrong with Waste Management? How can they blatantly lie multiple times? I suppose a monopoly can casually and blatantly lie and stay in business. I gave up on WM. We searched Google and found Team Titan. They had some very positive reviews, so I called them. Tim answered my call immediately and happened to be a few miles from me at the time. They scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM, and there he was, in my driveway, with his truck at 1:00 PM. They gave me a fair estimate, we agreed, and my mattresses and box springs were finally gone. Tim and his crew were very well spoken, dressed professionally, and very courteous. This is a perfect small business! Completely recommend them for your waste pickup. After having 2 other companies come out giving inaccurate reviews of my septic system using methods…read morethat are not allowed to determine a pass or fail, I am so thankful i called Wayne at Crotty Services and he was able to come out and do a proper inspection and pump my tanks. He is incredibly knowledgeable of all aspects of septic systems and explained everything as he was working. He is also HONEST and will give you an honest review of your system. Other companies will look to make you feel like you need to spend a lot of money on a system that is working as intended just because they can. Dont waste your time or money on other companies when Crotty Services will do it right the first time and give you an honest assessment. They are not looking to take advantage of you for their financial gain. The other 2 companies that came out contradicted themselves on which tank was which, stuck their hand in the water and then smelled it to "confidently" determine which tank it was, sketched the tanks in the incorrect orientation, didn't even check one of the tanks before saying the tank was bad and performed checks on the tank incorrectly to determine a pass or fail. One of those companies have a lot of good reviews (the same company that didnt know what tank was what...) as well so that is very concerning. I wish i could give 10 stars because this is hands down the best company to call for your septic needs.
