Respectfully, I am submitting this review to describe my experience with this company…read more I hired them to do a deep clean, and while they were very nice and friendly, they didn't do the deep clean that they told me they would do. Only about half of their comprehensive list of cleaning services for their deep clean were done, despite them charging me their full deep clean fee. They agreed in writing what cleaning services would be done for the deep clean price, supplying a detailed list of the deep clean services via text, but they didn't do many of the things they said were included. We did a superficial clean ourselves before they came, so that they could focus on all the deep clean services. They spent 2 hours at our house, which amounted to about $100 per hour. Part of that cost were two extra fees on top of the normal deep clean fee to clean the fridge and for having a pet. They only wiped down two shelves on the fridge, not touching the drawers or door shelves, which were noticeably dirty. They didn't vacuum or clean the only two chairs that our cat sits on, leaving hair and spots. They didn't vacuum or mop the stairs, which was supposed to be included. They only cleaned a couple of windows, although cleaning all the windows was supposed to be included. They didn't clean the glass on the front door, also supposed to be included. They cleaned around things like toys and shoes and small rugs, instead of moving them and cleaning under them, leaving those areas untouched, despite being noticeably dusty and dirty. They didn't clean the walls in the shower, leaving them noticeably grimy and dirty. They didn't clean the top of ceiling fans, only the bottoms, even though they said they would do the tops, and we supplied them with a ladder to reach them. They didn't clean light fixtures, which were noticeably dusty/spotty. They left several shelf surfaces dusty and untouched, and didn't clean the baseboards. All of these things were supposed to be included. They asked my wife and I to walk around when they were done and point out anything they missed. The only thing they then cleaned that we pointed out to them was the front of kitchen cabinets that they hadn't done. As we began to point out other things, they told us they would come back to clean them. Eight days went by and they hadn't come back or given us a date to come back, despite us having texted them the day after the cleaning to let them know all the things that hadn't been done. The owner replied to the initial text and told us that they would come back, but then a week went by without hearing back from them. When we texted them again to check in after that week, the owner texted us back saying they couldn't get to us for two and half more weeks, that they were trying to to fit us in, but they didn't offer an appointment or ask us when a good day would be. If they really planned on coming back, they would have come back during that first 8 days, or at least made an appointment, not just shelve us for over three weeks without any scheduling whatsoever. After that text exchange, we assumed they weren't actually going to come back, so we told them that we would just finish the job and hire someone else in the future, as we had guests coming to town and needed the house to be clean for their arrival. I wish the experience had been different. Respectfully, it was very disappointing.

The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. If you were on the fence about spending the money on a deep clean, I wouldn't hesitate. It was absolutely life-changing.

I was quoted nearly $600 for what was described as an in-depth, all-day deep cleaning. On the day of the appointment, I made the mistake of giving them lockbox access because I was running behind. I arrived 40 minutes later to find a toddler inside my million-dollar home, throwing monster trucks onto custom cabinetry and bamboo floors. I was shocked. I don't have children, and the idea of a toddler being in my home--both for the safety of my property and the child--was completely unacceptable. The owner tried to smooth things over but offered no discount or acknowledgment of how inappropriate and unprofessional this was. They came back to "redo" the cleaning, and within just a few hours they claimed they were done. Dust behind the toilets was still there. They insisted I check everything on the spot, but anyone who has ever moved knows that you cannot catch every detail when you're juggling a dozen tasks--especially when you're paying professionals to handle it. When my partner arrived, she opened the microwave and oven. Both were still dirty, and with nothing more than a damp paper towel, everything wiped clean effortlessly. That alone told me the job had not been done properly the first--or second--time. I paid them just to be done with the situation, but looking back, I shouldn't have paid the owner anything. From what I understand, she charges an outrageous amount and only pays the cleaners around $100 each, which is incredibly unfair. On top of all that, I was informed that wiping the exterior windows was "extra," even at a $600 price tag. They ended up doing it, but at that point it was clear nothing was really included. In the end, I was left with stress, disappointment, and a home that was barely surface-cleaned, certainly not deep-cleaned.
