After having one company cancel on us ( too big of a job for that day due to not enough staff ) and…read moreanother who showed up, took a load down, then just left our stuff sitting unsupervised and up and left without saying a word ( thanks Surrey movers supreme ) These guys are great ! They responded quickly to an early am message regarding a same day move. They were able to accommodate our schedule. First of all, they went out of their way to pick up some doors we had purchased at Home Depot, saving us time, money and hassle. They arrived on time, fully equipped to do the job ( shrink wrap, dollies, soft blankets, wardrobe boxes ect) they gave us an accurate and fair estimate. They were efficient, polite, and knew what they were doing ! We had way more stuff then we thought we did, so even though they weren't able to take everything, they filled up all available space in the truck. They even offer storage, so we didn't have to go out to a facility - they did everything for us right at home. After they were done, he sat down and gave us a break down of everything and emailed a copy. I would highly recommend them for all your moving needs : )

Reply to business owner's response: Your yelp page…read morespecifically states "movers that show up on time ALL THE TIME" as your specialty. And it was never mentioned before the day of our scheduled move that an afternoon start time cannot be guaranteed. The afternoon of our move, at 1:12pm you estimated showing up at 3:30pm even if our agreement (and everything we scheduled with our building) starts 2pm yet we still agreed. But by 6:30pm, still nothing! You suggested to bring a third person when you were already running very late but what you said on the phone was "a little bit additional fee for the extra person" so of course that kind of business proposition will be declined. You only said discount and no additional charge for the third guy at 6:54pm, half an hour after we told you not to bother coming anymore. Simply put, you made a commitment for our move starting at 2pm and left us hanging. I know you accepted that other client after we already had an agreement because you initially suggested a morning schedule to us which we declined because we only take possession of new apartment in the afternoon. If your morning client which you booked after ours did not give you full disclosure of their requirement and hours needed that's their problem and should not have affected other set commitments. No more excuses. -----///----- Zero stars if only Yelp allowed it. Our requirement was simple -- 2 hours in the afternoon requiring 2 movers as it was a move to a different suite on a different floor but all within the same building. Having movers was essential as I was pregnant and this info was shared before our actual moving day. Our agreed schedule was 2pm, but as late as 6:30pm they still haven't arrived. Totally disrespected our agreement, time and schedule plus they put us in a very tough spot with our building and the new tenants taking over the apartment we were moving out of. After waiting for nothing 4.5 hours later, tired of useless promises that "they're on their way" which dragged on for hours, we finally told them to no longer bother coming to our building as their services were no longer needed and way pass our service elevator schedule. Unbelievable how unprofessional and rude this experience was. Muller, the owner, was the one who even proposed our start time of 2pm and even said he will be present for the move. And our booking was confirmed by them 22 days before the move, not a last minute gig!
