I talked with the owner about it after the first time and expected it to not happen again. It happened again. My lawn looks terrible, due to it having been mowed on a rainy day. Additionally, they didn't mow the entire lawn the second time. I guess since I'm not a "big" account, my lawn is not that important to them.
