While driving from Olympia to Centennial, CO, I got a tire puncture near the exit to Green River, WY. I limped into the Schwab parking lot at 6:30 pm. Tyler, the manager, just happened to be coming back from a delivery. He ordered me a new tire right then so I'd be good to go the next day. He gave me a ride to a hotel, and offered to pick me up when the car was ready the next day. He checked their records - as I had purchased the tires in Olympia from Les Schwab, it was still under warranty, so no charge for anything. Remarkable customer service.

Jesse replaced them, topped of the fluid and hoses off the mess under the hood. We drove around to make sure it was fixed. We headed west. We stopped every 30 minutes to an hour to check for leaks. So we checked online last night at about 4:30pm which was dicey in itself because they close at 5. But we drove down there anyway to talk with them, and even as they were closing, they were able to make a spot for us this morning 8/28/25. We got there at 8am and before we could ask, Kira at the front desk offered to find us a ride back to our hotel. We gratefully accepted! The owner Rick gave us a ride and after talking for a few minutes, we felt very comfortable with both him and his establishment. He assured us that they would do everything in their power to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Right after 9am, we got a call from them, letting us know they found the issue and would start fixing it right away. So we took a short walk around our hotel's neighborhood and not long after we came back, the phone rang again. They had fixed our truck and it was ready! It wasn't even noon yet! We were very impressed. And Rick came back to pick us up at our hotel to get our truck.
