Paying in cash really helps out small business owners since the credit card fees they pay add up, especially with cards like Discover. Add some points to your Karma meter. Overall 5/5: This was a very pleasant experience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The product is fresh and potent. The location is easy to get to and is minutes from 890. I highly recommend you go here instead of some head shop with product from who knows where that may have been produced in some scary conditions. This is very common actually. I have seen if firsthand (at least in Thailand). Plus they don't give you a paper receipt!! This is huge for me. So many people just throw the receipt away. Or some stores give you the option of printing or printing and emailing. That makes no sense at all. There should be a paperless option and Karma Shop does. They text it to you right then and there. Again, BRING CASH unlike I did. I will next time I visit for sure. Quality 5/5: This is great stuff. It is Indonesian. I asked about a certain kind (forgetting what I read earlier) and the very pleasant and informative woman working reminded me. I've known about Kratom before it was here in the states since I spent time in Thailand. Although it was like an illegal drug there at the time. Most of the types of Kratom you find are blended and not original. They are marketing concepts (and good ones). I liken it to being the same as the original cannabis strains (Hindu Kush, Thai, Aceh, and Afghani which were used to create all the strains you find today). So straight Kratom from the different regions didn't have all these names before and with this store you are getting the OG stuff lol. It comes in Red, White, and Green. The white and green are great. Will try red next time. Price 3.75/5: it is a 4/5 when you consider the quality. Anything from a brick and mortal location is going to be more than a strictly online supplier. This stuff is much fresher than what I get online. I just finished grad school and am job hunting so I can't afford to shop here, but I will when I start working again. It is worth the extra money. Store: The locations is great. It is located on a pedestrian only street which is cool, and it is nice and private if for some reason you are nervous about going. The store is clean, has clean lines, is bright, has plants, and has informational posters on the wall. The posters are made in good colors that attract your attention, but then are easy to digest with the information being mostly quantitative. I once wrote a 20-page research paper on Kratom The displays follow the theme of the rest of the store. Very Nordic looking in design with its elegant simplicity. I have done consulting work for businesses and usually can pick apart several things about a store as soon as I walk in. I don't have any negatives here. I have some suggestions that could elevate them to something unique in the country, but I am saving those ideas for my own business I want to start in the near future (insert smiley). However, if I change my plans I may come and let them in on some great ideas which are already in line with their current business model.

He walked me through everything and helped us find a solid drug rehab center in Upstate New York, and even got my friend set up with an alcohol detox program that same week.
