My name is BILL HOLLOWAY, I live in Midlothian and selected…read moreBaylor Scott & White for my Physical Therapy Clinic because I had heard many good things about them from my friends and neighbors. I was scheduled for 8 treatment of my kneecap which had received some damage many years ago and was now starting to cause me some pain. The therapists and staff at Baylor Scott & White were all extremely professional and friendly and I was treated for the pain with professional manipulations, which took care of the problem and I have had no pain since. If you need this kind of treatment, do yourself a favor and schedule with Baylor Scott & White for the best treatment in this area! BILL HOLLOWAY, MIDLOTHIAN, TX 76065

Was going twice a week after spine surgery starting in January. Supposed to be an hour but each…read moresession only lasted 45 minutes. Essentially the same simple exercises over and over for each session. "Do a couple of laps". I can do laps and walk at home for a lot cheaper. I was paying 510 dollars a week for two sessions each until I finally met my deductible mid March. Two grand a month out of pocket. I wasn't even getting my hours worth out of them so I quit going and started just going into the office again. This is better and cheaper PT than I ever got out of Baylor. Funny thing is my damn Surgeon agreed with me after I talked to him about it. On top of that in April they sent me a bill saying I stilled owed them 100 dollars and showed what they charged for each visit. It ranged from 350-488 dollars and they told me it depended on the exercises I did for that visit. THEY BASE THEIR CODING ON EACH EXERCISE! I asked them how is that possible if I basically did the same simple exercises each time. Couldn't answer me. THIS IS A SCAM. Now, in August, they just sent me a new bill stating I owe them now OVER 300 dollars. Yeah, that ain't getting paid. Stay away from this place. Just google our YouTube exercises for whatever surgery you had. Honestly, I looked up exercises for what surgery I had and guess what? All on the internet.

Well, where do I start. This was April of 2023. My 88 year old mother sent here from hospital with…read morefractured pelvic and hip, Upon arrival the only person whom came in the room was a lady from kitchen to bring here some chicken noodle soup. I went down 2-3 hours later to ask nurse if they were going to come and acknowledge a new patient that has arrived. Nurse said i have to go pee is it an emergency. I said well she needs her meds due to fractures and moving her and she was in pain. she stated we do not have any orders but they had a bed ready makes no sense. paramedics did bring orders i retrieved them the next morning were thrown in a draw. Morning nurse gave me whole packet. When nurse finally got i there she said well there is the bathroom she can go to and whatever else. My mother can not walk she has fractures and she said oh had no idea. I skipping everyday crap there was awful Mother there 11 days never cleaned up. send record to Medicare to get bill paid she was doing therapy and 100% getting around in a wheel chair she never left the bed once and was never in a wheelchair Lies Lies Lies... I am contacting Medicare on this one as well. This morning they have a person who goes around changing diapers and the lady did not see my dad she walked in and told my mother to turn so she would clean here nasty ass. She was reported and they told us they fired that person and they moved her down the hall to work. My mother was double medicated with pain meds and started throwing up. I got records and have copies of when meds were given double doses (I have been in medical field for over 30 years ) so, I know how to read records, She was given a laxative and stool softener and at 88 y/o you have to be careful so they do not get depleted she got depleted from fluid loss from laxative and then next morning they say they hooked up with IV to rehydrated her no one could restart IV when it came out they did not know how.. so , that night at 830PM we came back to tell mother good night and my dad was going to stay with her and the nurse said don't go in the room i just got her quite and well we honored what she asked. The next morning got sent to hospital and admitted to ICU. Upon arrival myself and brother and sister were in here room and the shad was raised and i said do yall see these makes on her face we took pictures and enlarged them and they were perfect finger prints across the side off here face lie they grabbed face and then my dad stated she had a bruise on her back she was so depleted from fluids her sodium was emergency levels to be admitted to ICU . When we arrived art ICU the staff there said where was she staying and we told them Midlothian Healthcare and said she will never go back there Hospital and Hospice said a bad place. We had to admitted her to hospice and she passed never could get her levels back where needed to be and anyway she passed away after this in a couple of days she passed on Hospice watch. With, all of this being said I am contacting Medicare andl et them know I have records and they falsified records on her therapy. Therapy team said she has to do this so they will be paid. This is not a safe place to leave your loved ones at all. They strive on mopping floors all day but, the care sucks and no one takes responsibility even the owner does take responsibility. But, they will be investigated by Medicare and hope they shut them down. I have missed so much on this review could not post all of it. But please do not leave loved ones here you will be sorry if you do..... They sell a good spill when you come to look at place but, it is a nightmare when does are closed
